What should I do if the bottom half of the phone screen fails?

1. The screen is not clean and the screen is not sensitive:

Wipe dirt and water spots on your phone with a clean, lint-free cloth;

2. The phone has a film:

If there is a problem with the screen failure after sticking the film, htc display ,you can take off the film for comparison, or send it to the customer service center to re-stick the film.

3. The screen is not sensitive when charging:

Use the original charger to charge the phone or change to a grounded socket to recharge;

4. If the mobile phone has static electricity and the screen caot be temporarily removed, you can gently wipe it with a damp soft cloth. Just reboot
