Precautions when using industrial endoscopes

1. The industrial endoscope probe has high requirements on the ambient temperature, and the probe will be damaged if the temperature is too high. Therefore, before inserting the probe into the engine, endoscope ,it must be ensured that the temperature of the inteal detection area must be within the allowable range of the probe to avoid damage to the CMOS detector assembly due to overheating.

2. The probe cannot be folded, and the breaking radius is smaller than its bending radius, otherwise the probe will be damaged. There must be a certain interval between tuing on and off, such as more than 15 seconds, otherwise the life of the main bulb will be shortened and damaged.

3. Use a stable, reliable and non-interference AC power supply. If the AC power you are using may fluctuate suddenly, you can choose to connect the AC power to an uninterruptible power supply.
